Our goal is to make space missions as accessible to high school students as frog dissections.
Our mission is to engage the educational community, especially the under-served and at risk populations, in support of STEM disciplines. We will generate student and teacher interest and excitement to pursue knowledge and studies leading to science, technology, engineering and mathematics career opportunities.
These missions give students and young professionals the chance to design, build, and launch a fully functional small satellite, and contribute meaningfully to our shared interest in promoting STEM education and careers among minority and female students.
SpaceDonors connects educational institutions, students, space agencies, and the science community with funding from corporate and private sources.
SpaceDonors is still in its initial stages, and will be set up as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization as soon as possible. We have a presence in Washington, D.C.
